The Rooted 90

Eight to twelve owners, six live sessions with me over three months, each of us working our own ninety-day roadmap. You bring the plan you made in the Rooted Reset, or we make it in the first session. The group holds you to it, and so do I.

What it is

Six ninety-minute sessions on Zoom, every other week. Each one: a short check-in, one teaching with a live exercise, two owners in the hot seat on their roadmap, and a commitment for the fortnight. Between sessions, one note from me and a thread that's yours.

Who it's for

Owners and founders of small enterprises who have a plan on paper and need company to live it: a restaurant, an inn, a shop, a studio, a crew. People who are good in a room and want one.

When it starts

When eight seats are spoken for. No date on the wall until then, because I'd rather tell you the truth than fill a calendar. Put your name down and I'll write to you myself when we're close.

What it costs

$675 a seat for the ninety days. If ninety days feels like more than you can commit to right now, a single Rooted Session is an hour with me on your roadmap, $350, with half of it credited toward anything we do together in the next 30 days.
